She also served as Chief Executive Officer of the Daotec Group, an Austrian technology business offering communications and mobile payment services in over sixty countries. During her three years at Daotec, she led its transformation from a telecom services provider into an international, financially regulated payment service institution.
Prior to founding Velocitas, Ms. Shah spent over a decade as an investment professional at leading financial institutions such as Goldman Sachs, The Carlyle Group, Eton Park, and the World Bank where she executed public and private debt and equity investments. During this time, she also helped accelerate growth at a number of her investee companies by devising and implementing new financial and business strategies.
Ms. Shah also serves as a Regional Director of the Harvard Healthcare Alumni Association in Austria. She received her M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and graduated summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Wellesley College, with a B.A. in Mathematics and Economics.

Priya is the president of Priya Business Consulting Services PLC. She obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and is a Chartered Accountant in India, as well as a CPA licensed in Iowa. After gaining over 15 years of accounting experience in the USA, Priya started her own consulting service. She always seeks process improvements and helps her clients find better solutions to achieve results efficiently. Priya has assisted manufacturing clients in evaluating inventory management software and has successfully implemented accounting software for construction clients. She specializes in the hospitality industry, construction companies, manufacturing companies, and software consulting companies for financial reporting.
